After completing a law degree at the University of Montreal in 1980 and the Bar School training program in 1981, Cordeau began practicing as soon as he was admitted to the Bar.

With 44 years of experience, he places great importance on establishing and maintaining trust with his clients by collaborating with them to determine which solutions to prioritize concerning their legal problem. He is recognized for his tenacity and meticulousness regarding all the small details of your case.

Over the years, he has notably built a solid reputation regarding the defence of offences related to automobile driving. Moreover, he is constantly working to advance case law trends concerning the respect of fundamental rights by police during impaired driving interventions. In cases of offences related to automobile driving, he leaves nothing to chance and ensures all potential problems are covered, particularly regarding conditions for maintaining or reacquiring a driver's license with the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec.

Me Morel obtained a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Sherbrooke in 2002. After working for several years in the field of copyright law, he oriented his career toward a field allowing him to be closer to his passion, criminal law.

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2008, he first held a position as prosecutor at the Montreal Municipal Court before forging extensive experience in private practice with Jean Cordeau.

Morel treats each mandate entrusted to him with seriousness, competence and perseverance to obtain the best for the client at each stage of the proceedings.

He has represented clients before all Quebec instances, in first instance as in appeal, but also in certain Ontario and Maritime jurisdictions. He has thus acquired significant expertise, particularly regarding charges of:

• Drugs (trafficking and possession)

Nadon holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Sherbrooke. He began his practice in 2008 as an intern with Jean Cordeau. A member of the Bar for over 10 years, Nadon now specializes in penal law.

Over the years, he has developed expertise in road safety matters. Whether it's contesting tickets, applying for a restricted permit, a motion to retract judgment or even a motion to withdraw a guilty plea, Nadon can help you.

After studying at the University of Quebec in Montreal and completing the theoretical training at the Bar School in Montreal, Racicot began his internship at the firm after working there as a student for a year. Upon his admission to the bar in July 2018, Racicot was hired as a lawyer.

He practices his profession mainly in criminal and penal law, notably performing representations before municipal courts, before the Court of Quebec and before the Superior Court, case law research, drafting various procedures and preparatory meetings with clients in preparation for their upcoming trial.

Racicot always stays on the lookout for recent case law decisions and legal notions favourable to the defence of his clients. He stands out for his writing talent and attention to detail.

Me Paris holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Montreal and completed her professional training at the Quebec Bar School in 2024. It was at the Cordeau Nadon Morel Avocats firm that she took her first steps in the legal field, first as a student, then as a law intern. She now practices there as a lawyer, mainly practicing in criminal and penal law, a field that has been her passion since the beginning.

In her practice, Paris represents the firm's clients before various instances. She is involved at all stages of the judicial process, both in representation before courts and in legal writing and case law research.
